Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

registered office at Świętokrzyska 32 / 156, 00-116 Warsaw, NIP: 5252792368, KRS:
0000790326.
2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders,
executing transactions, and the rights and obligations of users.

§ 2. Definitions
1. Store – the online service available at www.map-automotive.com, allowing users to place
orders for products.
2. User – a natural person, legal person, or organisational unit using the services of the store.
3. Product – a movable item offered by the store for sale, including components for pneumatic
suspensions of passenger cars.

§ 3. Rules for Using the Store
1. The user is obliged to read the Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.
2. Using the store is possible after registering or placing an order as a guest.

§ 4. Placing Orders
1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round.
2. The user places an order by adding selected products to the cart and filling out the order
form.
3. After placing an order, the user will receive confirmation at the provided email address.

§ 5. Prices and Payments
1. The prices of products are stated in euros and include VAT.
2. The user can choose the method of payment: traditional bank transfer, credit card, or online
payments.
3. The order will be processed after the payment is credited.

§ 6. Order Fulfilment
1. The order fulfilment time is from 2 working days.
2. The user will be informed about the status of the order via email.

§ 7. Right of Withdrawal
1. The user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery
of the goods.
2. To withdraw from the contract, the user should submit a relevant statement to the store email address.

§ 8. Complaints
1. The user has the right to submit complaints regarding products within 2 years from the date
of purchase.
2. Complaints should be directed to the store's email address along with proof of purchase.

§ 9. Data Protection
1. The administrator of the personal data of users is MAP AUTOMOTIVE LIMITED LIABILITY
COMPANY.
2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations and the
Privacy Policy.

§ 10. Final Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions come into force on October 18, 2024.
